About Us

I became fascinated with veterinary doctors since school days. Born and raised with animals. I love animals most, where my parents want me to become a civil engineer. I graduated from Madras Veterinary college – Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal sciences University – B.Vsc (1994-95),Life was interesting in Madras veterinary college wherein many people lovingly called me as “Wasteland” because most of the time I played cricket and sports activities. Captain for the college cricket team 91-92, 93-94 University Cricket team captain – Participated in India tournaments, Chennai league. Won many medals in badminton, high jump, javelin through and inter college cultural competitions.
Married in 1999 with Jamuna Msc.Mphill zoologist. Having two lovely daughters namely Vyshali and Ponni shree studying at International School, Saudi Arabia. In 1995, my practice career began with small animals where I met wonderful clients. Since College days, I wanted practice in horses and for an equine veterinarian, one has to be sharp both “physically and mentally”. 33% of tasks required good mental skills and 41% required good physical skills. The remaining 26% of task required combination of both physical and mental abilities.
I had great opportunity to attend Stud Farm interview after two years of small animal practice. The Director of veterinary department asked me a variety of questions. I answered fairly well. After 3 months of waiting, a friend of mine who worked at that farm said that the Director had written a comment on interview paper “Over Qualified”. With this sort of comment, I realized the director to be deaf and dumb.  Then I moved on with another interview over the telephone.  The Head veterinarian asked a few questions for which I straight away said I knew only riding and showed jumping. Gracefully, I got appointed. The essential joy of being with horses is that, it brings us contact with rare elements of grace, beauty, spirit and fire-”Oliver Wendall Holmes”
3 years (1997-2000) at Thoroughbred Stud made me tough and confident veterinarian. My career again continued with horses in Saudi Arabia since Sep’2000 working with largest breeding operation in Arab horses- King Abdul Aziz Arabian horse center. Then I moved to King Abdullah and Sons stables. There, the largest breeding Arab breeding and Show Arab exists. I stand as the head of the veterinary department at both Arab division and King Abdul Aziz Arabian horse center.

From Feb’2005 to June’2006, the span of 16 months I underwent private practice as a business partner in unopened veterinary pharmacy with a guy who cannot realize the value of professionals, worked 15 to 18 hours during breeding season and 4 months without salary – they so called company (Hard work always pays but on my side it was other way round). I was about to leave Saudi Arabia along with my family in May 2006. HRH Prince Abdullah Ibn Fahad called me to work for his own stable Al Mohamadia stable. As a previous client turned my boss until now. There are many good things about Prince Abdullah like analytical mind, respect for others, directly and indirectly had helped horses and riders-conducted the first individual national show and sponsored many endurance races and thoroughbred races in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al- Mohamadia horses are excelled in national and international level both shows horses and endurance race. At present, Prince Abdullah is Vice-President of Saudi Arabian equestrian federation.
"I feel proud and I am glad working with him."
